Buyers are assured that ProSource Supply appliance wiring has been rigorously tested for safety, reliability, and performance, which stands for quality worldwide and delivers the absolute highest quality.

The verification mark is widely recognized and accepted by safety inspectors, code officials and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), safety experts and workplace committees, leading product manufacturers, and major product distributors and retailers. The key standards of ProSource Supply Wire and Cable have been tested against includes: Harmonized UL/CSA standards for North America, CB Scheme, and IEC.

Warranty

Here’s an overview of our warranty policy:

• ProSource Supply Inc. warrants that all products manufactured by ProSource Supply will materially conform to the specifications provided by ProSource Supply and will be free of defects in material and workmanship (Defects) under normal use and regular service and maintenance, and if installed pursuant to ProSource Supply’s instructions.
• If the product breaches the warranty, ProSource Supply Inc. will replace the product free of charge.

Please note that critical notes apply to the said warranty and all warranty claims are subject to ambient and environmental conditions that are subject to ProSource Supply Electrical representation authorization.

If ProSource Supply Electric no longer manufactures the product, then it will, at its option, replace the nonconforming product with a substantially similar ProSource Supply Electric product or refund the purchase price.
